The IPFN will be resource organization working on interfaith, as it’s a network of interfaith organizations for interfaith movement to ensure the interfaith peace and tolerance. The working approach of the Interfaith Peace Federation Nepal will be

• Collaboration and cooperation with different stakeholders and like-minded organizations/ alliance at federal, provincial and local level.
• Networking and alliance building of faith based organizations for interfaith issues.
• Participatory approach of decision making at all levels of governance, being interfaith network, IPFN tries to ensure the participation of all faiths in decision-making process.
• IPFN will have action reflection approach as the federation members will have reflection meeting each year after actions for interfaith peace, the future campaigns will be designs based on reflection and learning’s of the federation.
• Empowerment and enhancement of the capacity of its member organizations to create the momentum of interfaith peace and tolerance.
• Facilitative approach; IPFN facilitates the local level interfaith campaigns through the local member organizations.
• Inclusive and anti-bias/ GESI: IPFN includes all faiths, caste, ethnic groups and gender in its membership, and organizational governance level.
